Join the authors for a powerful virtual book club designed for Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) leaders and professionals. This four-part series will support participants in cultivating culturally sensitive, relationship-based Racialized Reflective Practice. Together, we will engage in self-care experiential and reflective discussions that address themes of race, relationships, cultural angels in the nursery, and intergenerational racialized trauma. Participants will explore ways to integrate these themes into their IECMH leadership practices and receive hours toward Endorsement® renewal in Reflective Supervision.
