Annual Weatherston Leadership Summit

The Annual Weatherston Alliance Leadership Summit is the Alliance for the Advancement of Infant Mental Health’s flagship event, bringing together infant/early childhood mental health leaders, professionals, and advocates from across the national and international network. Held each fall, the Summit offers a unique space for reflection, collaborative learning, and strategic planning, all through the lens of relationship-based practices and reflective supervision.

Attendees gain practical tools to strengthen early relationships, support families, and advance infant and early childhood mental health in their communities. Our goal is to engage a broad community of professionals, leaders, and emerging leaders, inspiring growth and shared impact.

We’re excited to invite you to the 17th Annual Weatherston Alliance Leadership Summit, our annual gathering that brings together a diverse community of leaders, professionals, and advocates working across healthcare, education, early intervention, child welfare, mental health, and more.

It will be held virtually through Zoom on November 13th from 12-6pm EST.
