Reflective Leadership Summit

Transformation begins with listening, deepens through reflection, and comes to life through collective action. Grounded in national and international listening sessions, this summit brings leaders together to reflect, strengthen relationships, and shape a shared path forward.

Participants will leave with greater clarity, stronger connections, and concrete opportunities to advance the Alliance's strategic priorities through Communities of Practice.

We’re excited to invite you to the inaugural Reflective Leadership Summit, our annual gathering that brings together a diverse community of professionals, leaders, partners, and emerging voices committed to advancing infant and early childhood mental health.

It will be held virtually through Zoom on November 12th from 12-6pm EST.

Pay It Forward | Invest in Another Leader

One of the strongest messages from our listening journey was that leadership should never be experienced in isolation. As part of your Summit registration, you’re invited to pay it forward by helping make participation more accessible for another leader.

Your optional gift supports Summit scholarships for emerging leaders, students, and professionals from organizations with limited professional development resources.
