Option 1: Advanced RSC Learning Collaborative for Providers of RSC
Invite up to 16 participants to be part of an 18-month long experience; great for providers of RSC who have foundational training in infant-early childhood mental health principles, as well as RSC, and who already have some experience providing RSC. Participants will receive 22 hours of training and 36 hours of RSC over the course experience. Topics include: navigating new relationships, RSC frameworks, talking about power in RSC relationships, self-awareness and diversity-informed RSC, rupture and repair, transitions and goodbyes, and much more! When you purchase this option, you are purchasing it for a cohort of up to 16 people (no individual pricing); this is perfect for groups or teams of people!
Option 2: Advanced RSC Learning Collaborative for Providers of RSC PLUS Train the Trainer
Invite up to 16 participants to be part of an 18-month long experience; great for providers of RSC who have foundational training in infant-early childhood mental health principles, as well as RSC, and who already have some experience providing RSC. Participants will receive 22 hours of training and 36 hours of RSC. Additionally, your organization will identify 2 trainer trainees who can carry out this training in your region once the learning collaborative is complete. This doubles your RSC capacity building efforts! When you purchase this option, you are purchasing it for a cohort of up to 16 people (no individual pricing); this is perfect for groups or teams of people!
Option 3: 12-Month Series for New Reflective Supervisors Materials/Rights
Purchase the materials and rights to use an extensive 12-month training package tailored for novice or emerging providers of RSC, particularly those with little foundational training in infant and early childhood mental health or RSC, and possess limited to no prior experience in delivering RSC. Crafted by esteemed RSC providers within our field, and in collaboration with MI-AIMH, this curriculum promises to lay a solid groundwork about providing RSC. Once you’ve purchased the materials, you can begin offering this training in your community!
Option 4: 12-Month Series for New Reflective Supervisors Materials/Rights PLUS Coaching & RSC
In addition to owning the materials and rights to use the complete 12-month training curriculum, your organization can receive coaching and RSC for 2 identified trainers who will offer the curriculum in your region. This is another way to increase your RSC capacity!
Option 6: 12-Month Series for New Reflective Supervisors INDIVIDUAL
Stay tuned for an offering from MI-AIMH and the Alliance for individuals to register for this 12-month long training experience focused on new or emerging providers of RSC! You’ll participate in a cohort with professionals from across the nation! This will include 36 hours of training and 30 hours of RSC. This will be offered in late 2024. This is our only option that allows for individuals to purchase and enroll in a RSC learning collaborative experience.
Option 5: 12-Month Series for New Reflective Supervisors
Invite up to 24 participants to participate in a 12-month training series on RSC provided by the Alliance and MI-AIMH. This series is for new or newer providers of RSC who do not yet have foundational training in IECMH and/or RSC and have minimal (or no) experience providing RSC. Participants will receive 36 hours of training and 30 hours of RSC by the end of the yearlong experience. When you purchase this option, you are purchasing it for a cohort of up to 24 people (no individual pricing); this is perfect for groups or teams of people!
