I have worked in the field of IECMH in Michigan for many years as a clinician, supervisor, and reflective supervisor. Over the past 15 years, I have also been in private practice supporting parents with babies and young children, specializing in early loss, trauma, and adoption. My reflective practice continues to ground me and help me grow as a person and helper. Co-creating space with practitioners and educators for curiosity, self-awareness and growing nervous system capacity to sit with complexity is always an honor.
