I believe strongly in care for the caregiver. The important work that is done with families during this critical period of child development necessitates that providers have the ability to access the safe space for themselves that they provide to their clients. I have received in-depth training in the areas of motivational interviewing, facilitated attuned interactions, trauma informed care, reflective supervision and Circle of Security Parenting. It is my goal to apply this knowledge, and more than 30 years of experience, to be with providers in an environment of collorative exploration which honors individual values, beliefs and experiences to optimize professional and personal well-being.
