Lindsey Lockhart LMSW, IMH-E®
Lindsey has been working in the field of Infant Mental Health for the past 15 years as part of a non-profit. Lindsey has presented workshops and posters at state, national and international conferences. Most recently, she authored two chapters in Honoring Voices within Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health: Relationship-Based Stories from the Field published by Zero to Three. Lindsey has provided individual and group reflective supervision via a nonprofit and privately for the last 12 years for clinicians, occupational and speech pathologists, early interventionists, and mental health consultants. Lindsey views RSC as a partnership that allows the supervisee to weave the personal and professional strands of their life together or, as often happens, to help untangle them. It is the supervisor/consultant's responsibility to create a space in which the supervisee can think, feel, and sense about their work. It is important to honor all of who the supervisee is, and all that they bring to their work.
