Jess has over a decade of experience in the IECMH field, serving in diverse roles across multiple states, including early childhood family therapist, mental health consultant, reflective facilitator, trainer, and program director. Grounded in this breadth of experience, she believes that ALL professionals working with or on behalf of young children‚ regardless of role‚ deserve to be seen, heard, and supported in their work. Jess facilitates reflective spaces for individuals and groups that foster authenticity, self-awareness, curiosity, insight, and use of the parallel process.
