La'Tasha Lee MS, DT, CLC

I come to this work as a Black woman, a mother of young adults, and a lifelong learner walking in my gifted purpose: to spread healing and support to people, policies, and systems that nurture and elevate children and the adults who care for them to reach their fullest potential. As a Reflective Consultant with over 25 years of experience, I bring compassionate curiosity, authentic presence, and an empathetic ear to every space I enter. I co-create with individuals and teams to build capacity, deepen emotional insight, reduce burnout, uplift wellness, and reclaim joy.

My journey has taken me across the country, offering Reflective Supervision and Consultation (RSC) to professionals in pediatric primary care, child welfare, Part C Early Intervention, early care and education, and community-based programs. I've also contributed to innovative IECMH initiatives at both state and national levels always with a heart for equity, connection, and sustainable transformation.

I believe in the power of reflection to heal, to lead, and to liberate. I look forward to building meaningful connections with those who share this vision.
