Angie Phipps
Angie has worked in the field of infant & early childhood for 25 years, which includes experience teaching in university childcare centers, working as a Parent Educator for several nonprofit agencies, and holding a variety of positions the last 18 years of her career in Part C Early Intervention. She has a bachelor's degree in Child & Family Development, and master's degree in Family Life & Parent Education. Angie serves on the NC Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Association Board, several statewide cross-sector IECMH committees, along with the NC Early Intervention Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging Council. Angie is a collaborative leader facilitating reflective spaces that hold curiosity, rethinking, bravery, and belonging in support of individuals and teams that partner with children and families in the infant and early childhood field across the state of NC.
