Emily McNeil

I have been in practice, specializing in infant mental health, for over twenty years. My style of reflective supervision is deeply relational and embodied. I acknowledge that the relationship between me and the supervisee will be a mirror into the relationship between the caregiver and child, and that as our relation-ship deepens so will the supervisee’s perspective on their cases, their professional development, and their interpersonal growth. For me, reflective practice isn’t exclusively related to work; it’s a lifespan development practice.
