Natalie Aviles MS, IMH-E ®
As a reflective consultant, I take a supportive, relationship-based approach grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect. My supervision style focuses on emotional safety, connection, and shared reflection, shaped by my experience working with providers who support early childhood development. I identify as a woman and currently teach Infant Mental Health at the University of Texas at Dallas, where I support emerging professionals in deepening their reflective practice. I look forward to learning about you and creating a space where you feel heard, valued, and confident in your work with young children and families.
